Owner Danielle Kaufman founded Kaufman Consultants after 15 years leading big box retail developments across the US, including developing and expanding 20 multi-million dollar projects, totaling approximately 1.7 million square feet of retail buildings within her final four years alone. She previously managed over $150 million in annual capital expenditures for new store developments, expansions, and remodels, contributing to increased market share growth.
