Redevelopment of an existing retail center positioned in the heart of Dallas redevelopment District 1. Redevelopment efforts include abatement, structural improvements, and full facade replacement.

An assemblage of 13 individually owned parcels to develop a 53 acre grocery anchored power center requiring coordination with the Developer, City and TXDOT.
